How Do You Expect to Sell Your House if Buyers Can’t Get In To See It?
I know it’s Labor Day Weekend and you may have plans, but is it really worth turning away a buyer because you can’t let us look at your house for 3o minutes? This is exactly what happened to me and my buyer clients this weekend.
I understand what sellers go through before showing thier house. Often times it requires cleaning up, packing up, putting away unmentionables, uprooting children and pets from their regular schedule all to accommodate a short notice request to view your home.

We don’t mind if you have things all over getting ready for a BBQ. We aren’t going to stay to eat. We don’t mind if you have to stay home during the showing (although not ideal), we won’t stay long. We don’t mind if you are away for the weekend, we’ll lock the doors and shut the lights off when we leave.
I have a ready, willing, and able buyer for your house, which by the way, are hard to come by in this economy. Are your plans that important and inflexible to turn a potential buyer off?
